- חֲסִידָהf. 1) fem. of חָסִיד; v. also חֲסוּדָה, s. v. חָסַד I. 2) (b. h.) stork. Ḥull.63a, v. דַּיָּה; ולמה … ח׳ שעושה חסידותוכ׳ and she is named ‘the kind because she acts kindly with her kind; Midr. Till. to Ps. 104:17. Ex. R. s. 35.
